Sandra joined Genesis Law Corporation as a Legal Associate in 2019, after graduating from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2018 and being called to the Singapore Bar in 2019.

 

Sandra specialises in civil and commercial dispute resolution, with a focus on financial disputes, personal injury and other tortious claims, insolvency and restructuring related matters and intellectual property infringement claims. She is well-equipped to represent clients at all levels of the Singapore Courts, and has experience acting as lead counsel in interlocutory applications in both State Court and High Court.

 

Sandra’s practice also involves non-contentious work, including corporate advisory, probate and administration, court deputyship and trademark registration matters.
