Prior to joining Genesis Law Corporation, Leo gained his experience in several boutique Intellectual Property law firms where he developed a strong foundation in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, with a focus on the protection of intellectual property rights, infringement disputes and anti-counterfeiting work.

 

Leo joined Genesis Law Corporation in 2023 after graduating from the Singapore University of Social Sciences with a Juris Doctor (Law) in 2022. Leo was called to the Singapore Bar in 2023.

 

Leo’s practice involves various aspects of Intellectual Property matters and a broad range of civil and commercial dispute and general litigation matters, including construction matters, commercial claims, employment and financial disputes and other tortious claims. Leo’s practice also involves non-contentious corporate and contract advisory, probate and administration, court deputyship and trademark registration matters. Leo volunteers at the Jalan Kayu Legal Clinic to provide legal guidance to needy applicants and is actively involved in INTA’s Young Practitioner’s Committee.
