In various commercial, corporate, employment, family, and other disputes, Kesavan has appeared as Counsel at the Subordinate Courts, the High Court, Court of Appeal, in Arbitrations as well as at the Ministry of Manpower.
His criminal practice has also seen him appear in trials, appeals and hearings in the Juvenile Court, Military Court Martial, Subordinate Courts, High Court and the Court of Appeal as well as Advisory Committee Hearings.
Kesavan also provides advice in non-contentious matters as well as the necessary documentation required for probate, real estate, corporate and business transactions.
Kesavan has also been retained as Counsel by foreign law firms including from the UK, USA, China, Hong Kong, Isle of Man and Jamaica.
Kesavan qualified as a Barrister-at-law in the UK in 1990, was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the High Court of Australia in 1991 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore as an Advocate & Solicitor in 1992. Kesavan is also a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths.
